Vice Adm. Al Harms Jr., USN (Ret.)
Vice Admiral Al Harms Jr., USN (Ret.) completed more than 33 years of active duty in the U.S. Navy, while serving as Commander of the Naval Education and Training Command and Director of Naval Education and Training for the Chief of Naval Operations. In this role, he was responsible for a major transformation of all Navy education and training.
