Accounting Coordinator

Whitney is an accounting coordinator at IHMC. Her role includes accounts payable, reconciling accounts and tax filing.

She joined the IHMC team as a staff assistant in 2018 and in 2020 began working in the accounting department. She graduated from the University of West Florida with a bachelor’s degree in international affairs with a focus in security and diplomacy and a minor in political science. Whitney started showing an interest in accounting/finance during college, when she held the roles as the activity and service fee budget chairwoman for UWF and the associate director of finance for a local nonprofit Inertia.

When she’s not working or volunteering in her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, kayaking, hiking, and traveling.
