Research Associate

Stephen McCrory is a Research Associate and PhD candidate with the UWF Intelligent Systems and Robotics program. His research focuses primarily on multi-contact robot control and planning, as well as its applicaiton to teleoperation. Since joining IHMC in 2015, Stephen has written software for a number of robots, including Nadia, Valkyrie, LLAMA, Atlas, and MegaBots.

He graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2014 with bachelor’s degrees in physics and computer engineering. Outside of work, his interests include running, tennis, chess and comedy.
