Director of Strategic Program Execution and Innovation

Ryan Tilley currently serves as Director of Strategic Program Execution and Innovation at IHMC. As a component of his role, Ryan successfully spearheaded the IHMC Triumph Gulf Coast funding proposal leading to approximately $20M in grant funding. Formerly he served as the Chief Operating Officer for multiple startup and high growth organizations.  Prior experience includes executive roles leading government contract consulting for the VA and large DoD sponsors.

Ryan earned his Master’s in Business Administration as well as a bachelor of science in both Finance and Global Economics from the University of West Florida. He also received his Masters Certificate in Entrepreneurship from the University of West Florida. Ryan is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with additional certifications in ITILv3, Security+, and is a Certified Scrum Master.

Ryan lives in Pensacola with his wife Kelly and their two children.
