Pre-Award Administrator

Samantha Li joined IHMC in April 2025 as the pre-award administrator. In this role, she will work with research staff and IHMC administrative staff to help track grant management, contract compliance, project management and process improvement.

She is a graduate of the University of West Florida, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s degree in business administration. She comes to IHMC from Navy Federal Credit Union, where she was analyst in the business lending department. She worked on the Lending Operations team, where her role included regulatory reporting, compliance management, project management, process improvement, and participation loan portfolio oversight.

In her free time, Samantha enjoys volunteering with her church, board and video games, puzzles, and spending time with her husband and their two cats.
