Senior Research Associate

Adrien Moucheboeuf is a Senior Research Associate at the Florida Institute for Human and Machine Cognition (IHMC). He focuses on building software platforms and experimental systems that support human-subject research. He holds a B.S. in Cognitive Science from the University of Bordeaux and an M.S. in Cognitive Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of Bordeaux.

His work centers on developing tools for experiment design, task execution, and real-time data collection, including sensor integration pipelines and infrastructure for managing physiological and behavioral data. He contributes to research programs by translating experimental requirements into reliable systems for data acquisition, monitoring, and analysis.

Over more than 15 years at IHMC, he has contributed to more than a dozen projects, serving as technical lead on projects of varying scale, leading system architecture and development, and coordinating the work of research associates and engineers.

His interests include human-machine interaction, data-driven evaluation of human performance, and the development of integrated environments for experimental research.
