Dr. Roberto Fronteddu is a Senior Research Associate at Florida Institute for Human and Machine Cognition, where he conducts research within Dr. Niranjan Suri’s NOMADS research group. His work focuses on the application of distributed systems, adaptive software infrastructures, and artificial intelligence technologies to challenging and resource-constrained computing environments.
Dr. Fronteddu received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from University of Ferrara. His research spans distributed systems, edge AI, network monitoring, software adaptation, information dissemination in constrained networks, and autonomous agent coordination. He has experience designing resilient infrastructures for decentralized environments and developing scalable architectures for intelligent multi-agent systems.
