Information for 6xxx phone extensions

This is an IHMC internal only extension. You can place calls normally, both IHMC 4-digit extensions and external calls.

But, your extension cannot be dialed directly from outside IHMC. Since your extension cannot be reached directly, the caller ID that people will see is 850.202.4462 (the front desk at 40 S Alcaniz.)

To receive calls from outside IHMC, the caller needs to first place a call to our directory number – 850.202.4499 – and then enter your 6xxx extension number.
