Dr. Phil Fatolitis is a native of Tarpon Springs, FL and is a graduate of Chaminade University of Honolulu, the University of West Florida and the University of Central Florida (Applied Experimental/Human Factors Psychology). He is a retired U.S. Naval Aerospace Experimental Psychologist and Navy Corpsman with 23 years of active service. He spent the first half of his career providing emergency medical care and aviation physiology/water survival training to DoD personnel, and the latter half continuing to teach and conducting human factors research in areas that included: personnel selection, spatial disorientation, Augmented Cognition and aviation safety. Still teaching as an adjunct professor with Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Phil is assisting Dr. Raj with human factors aspects of the Augmentics research area at IHMC.
